mp3/opus/ogg/whatever - only thing is the / in the URL has to become %2F
otherwise the 4chan Sounds player itself can upload sounds for you from the "Tools" menu. it'll also show embedded tags (in the sound) for MP3 and M4A, although not for ogg/opus
