As someone who worked higher up in the military and then with a big corporation, there are so many moving parts in management and higher levels in an organization that lower level employees, IE the talents, have no idea about. Its easy to scapegoat people and blame every issue on a single thing but so much shit goes into a single project. There are budgets, time constraints, working with other companies, dealing with a board and MUCH more. Why are people unable to understand this?
