Nazuna - Whatever the biggest weapon is. Probably a hammer or axe a la Astaroth since she carries an oversized item that can be used as a weapon on her person at all times.
Kson - If Mitsurugi's still around then probably that. Katana but not purely since the sword seems to mostly be an intimidation thing while she's mostly been shown using fists.
Mouse - Already said, a 1-handed sword to imitate the super sentai-style stuff

Taki's swords. Because they're dildo-sizedNyan - Rapier like Raphael or Amy if they're still around cause that's how the average cane sword would probably be handled and it's the only weapon she's ever been associated with to the best of my knowledge.
Silver - The umbrella sword that Setsuka uses. She's already pretty frequently shown with a similar umbrella in art she comms and stuff.
Only ones I'm unsure about would be Froot, Haruka, Hime, and Vei. I think you mentioned cutting one so as much as I love her Hime would be the best option for that. Vei's only ever been shown doing magical stuff and I don't think there's ever been much of that in Soul Calibur. Maybe there is by now though. Same thing with Froot, though if you want to really something for her then Froot gives me big mall ninja vibes as something that would fit her aesthetically. Maybe just a giant fucking axe because she likes metal so much. And Haruka doesn't seem to have much of. If there's anything particularly nature-themed or wood though it would probably be a good fit for her.
