>>12017379When I first heard english speaking holos, I hated it. It reminded me of dubbed anime. I couldn't bring myself to really watch any of the ENs until I eventually adjusted to it through gradual clip exposure and now its perfectly normal to hear. Similar to when I first saw and heard Okayu and thought there was a total mismatch, now I'd be weirded out if I heard a bubblegum voice like I expected back then. I can't even get back into the mindset of what made me dislike it so much, it's really strange to think back on. Still hate dubs though.
