I know anons frown on numberfagging outside of numbers, but fact is Riku loves his numbers, and even their JP side has been sliding, and doesn't look like they have any plans to course correct. Events are getting scrapped. Event organisers like Maimoto are dipping out indefinitely. What events are left are falling short. Their daily activity doesn't even hold a candle to HoloJP anymore. So far the money is still good on the JP side as seen in their financial reports, but that might change in a few quarters.
More likely that Riku is looking to exit now instead of fixing the sinking ship, as he's done in past business ventures.
