Then there's the rebranding debuff, as people might not even know or hear about it. A vtuber's debut is their best shot at presenting themself to a potential audience, and people usually don't jump onto already debuted vtubers unless they do something memetic or interesting enough to generate hype and make them a fan favorite.
With that said, it looks like Yugo's still performing better than Rio from Uproar. Also, Kronii doing fairly well seemed to prove there's a market for "self-loathing genderconfused cool-voiced women who go off the rails and expose their vulnerabilities to the world" GFE...providing they do it in a Twitter space as Allah intended. That, and Yugo has the "knows Japanese" buff. Not sure if it could overpower the Nijisanji debuff, but I also don't think Yugo's past yabs would've mattered as much if she'd been a female character since women are held to lower expectations of competence and female vtubers are expected to be awkward dorks.
