Contrary to tourist perception, Neo-porte only has 2 founders in Hal and Reid, because they together created Merise (neo-porte's prototype). One of them (reid) isn't an owner of Neo-porte himself since he didn't have investment in the project.
Also explains why the other owners aside from Hal aren't "founders: they rarely get involved in Managerial decisions. You barely see Mafumafu or Soraru in neo-porte content, the same way BODs don't appear in corporate promotional materials.
