The novelty is good as dead now, the relationships deteriorated and they are now grasping the last straws of commitment. All of them got comfortable, and while that's fine it mostly make them lazy.
Without something to truly spice the situation, management stayed stale, incompetent, making imaginary enemies, taking the success of the talents for granted after a massive incline.
Perhaps, peaceful times truly make weak individuals.
