However, in English, we need the specific subject mentioned in the same sentence (else the entire thing isn't a sentence, but a "sentence fragment" because it doesn't have a defined subject) for it to actually be understood. To be a coherent sentence, it should read "Can she actually lean into her sister bit on Fansly, or has she not found a place where she can do that yet?"
I haven't thought of shit like this since I was in middle school, you really got me remembering my textbook English grammar to interjectpost.
