They aren't in much new fanart with neruo. They weren't part of the sub-athon things like minecraft or the sleepover. This seems like a mistake. Vedal should ask all past collab partners for permission to let neruo call them on discord, at her own convenience. He should strengthen training data, which contains memories (vods) of past collabs. He should add wiki and other information on vtubers to neruo's training data, so that her knowledge of vtubers isn't just like "oh, anny, she's a fox, and my mom"; but much more extensive than that (basically anything available in the popular vtuber wikis). And neuro should message past collab partners when it is pertinent to what is going on; like if the topic of a solo-stream goes to dogs, neuro can remember that she went to dog school with cerber and ask cerber a question, "remember when we went to dog school? Well, do you know what breed of dog we learned about that is all white?"; or if the question pertains to the alphabet, she can message lia, and ask, "remember when you taught my the ABCs? Well, can you tell me what letter comes after Z?"
This way, past collab partners will still have a connect with Neuro, regardless of whether or not they interact with vedal offstream.
