She may not be close to Fauna yet but she WANTS TO BE so badly, but she's WORRIED OF NOT IMPRESSING HER despite the obvious fact that Fauna is into her as well.
It's just that Fauna doesn't go all "ohhh, so kakkoi, Mori's so cool" all the time, she treats Mori as another person like anyone else, and that makes Mori so flustered and excited and curious to know Fauna, but intimidated because she's so used to her usual dynamic with other members that she's all klutzy like a schoolgirl when she tries to talk to her.
It's such a good dynamic, don't you think? There's so much potential for it to build out!
