Off the top of my head, Lime, ShyLily, and Sayu are probably the best model pilots I've seen. Shiori and Mint gets honorable mentions for constantly using stream assets and body toggles, though. Mint also wiggles and bounces around IRL which makes her model look more animated, but I don't think that's intentional.
(Sayu's case was especially funny because when she was given a shitty niji rig, people swore she somehow "got a better model/rig" than other nijis when it was just her being expressive)
