Huh, yeah you'd get a lot of condensation, I worked at a place with a walk-in freezer and during the humid summer months you could get a really impressive amount of ice buildup. Maybe the museum could have some metal objects for the ice to accumulate on and bring the humidity levels down.
Speaking of magic, I mentioned Vinag wizards using some kind of fog magic in the story, but actually I think I had that war story from Vitubia in mind, but it's probably also a thing in Viti, right? Since that's basically a cold/water spell.
