She seems to recognize a lot of talents, did impressions of them in her PL, was enthusiastic about joining - but also gets almost none of the culture references, feels no pressure to make a mascot, and rarely does typical hololive activities. And I think that's because she was genuinely a fan of hololive and vtubing, but only its musical aspect. She never engaged with the rest of the space and doesn't have much frame of reference for it. And that translates into her stream choices, which are overwhelmingly karaoke. She just isn't really interested in the rest of it. Which is sad for me, I absolutely love and adore Liz, but her content is boring as fuck. Weird spot to be in. But this is the only reason I can figure out how to make everything about her make sense. The other three are traditional streamers and Liz is a musician, so there isn't much interest on either in collating since they just don't do the same kind of content or see hololive as the same kind of job.
I think this works well for Cover, since they've been trying to steer the ship in a more music and IP focused direction. It's uncomfortable when you're a fan of Liz because you want content she just isn't interested in. And I think it'll turn out probably not great for Liz unless she really reevaluates why she's here, because she probably isn't going to grow if she just keeps focusing on singing.
