These are peculiarities of the job that hurt some people more and others less, but are things OF THE JOB. Really, many believe that the problem lies in the very existence of Amelia as a human being, and this is not the case. If you just talk to musicians (or other streamers) you'd understand the context of things a bit more.
To reiterate and not stir up yesman schizo hate. Amelia has a problem and must deal with it. But it's a relatively normal thing in creative works. She's fine, she has to figure it out a couple of things but she's fine, she's not a failure of a human being in need of rescue
