The only real danger is if there are some banger applications that are reviewed ahead of you, some reviewers might have them locked into a role and judge yours more harshly against them, if that makes sense? Or I should say, there isn't always a correlation between cost and quality. There are some god-tier unknown riggers and artists with great commission rates if you look hard enough. But quality art and rigging does factor heavily into audience growth
>>20800985It heavily varies between agencies. Some specifically scout or judge applications based on how well they think everyone will get along (as well as individual talent), and others don't give a shit. If you really look hard enough, it's pretty obvious which ones care and which ones don't
