Most of what I imagined is already in one of the maps I linked for you so not much to comment on so far. More specific requirements would be that the area near the bottom right should have some tall hills or mountains around its north side with a few passes. And maybe some potential for rivers to make for good pastures, which incidentally also reminds me that I still don't know what would exactly make for good pastures for horses.
