Matsuri's Nendo just went up for pre-order a few days ago with a release date of December 2021 so you can expect the next one to go up for sale to be Haachama as that's the next furthest along.
As for other merchandise, she had some for her birthday last August which was a tapestry and a plate to put your cooking on.
