maybe their excretion is similar to birds in which they both defecate and urinate at the same time, seeing as how they turn their urine into a white paste-like substance and then excrete alongside their faeces. the nature of bito droppings could be very very different depending on how exactly they manage to urinate and defecate and how they digest their food.
who knows, maybe they actually absorb 100% of the prey item and don't need to defecate at all
