The reality is far more mundane and far more complicated. Some girls have shitty managers, or have to deal with specific shitty things from management. Not every girl has to deal with the same shit. Some of these problems are more nebulous, and some of these frustrations can build over time. Should something be done? Absolutely. Can all of management be condemned for this, even the managers who are doing everything right? No.
I trust Fauna when she says to spread kindness and that she loves Hololive and Holomem, and I trust other Holomems when they say speculation is unhelpful. Fauna clearly wants to just have fun with her last month at Hololive, I'd like that too.
