It helps me relax, focus on things and I can't fall asleep without listening to one. I'm more into rough ASMR and mouth sounds but not the sloppy ear licking ones.
I do coom to ASMR but I use only the ero voiceworks and only coom to those. The only non ero "ASMR" I coomed to is Rushia's RFA moans
