Not having a consistent streaming time is the biggest killer of viewers over time, especially for someone like you who's been streaming for a long time.
You should be aiming for 3-5 hours stream time if you're looking to grow. Your choice is games isnt very interesting either. A large part of growing is networking as well, do you have a group of vtuber friends to collab and raid into? You cant be isolated on your own too.
