It was a bit annoying that she didn't have a frame of her own in the beginning when she was in the bank because there was no way to tell who is going there to get more money, but overall, having both Mio and Okayu open at the same time should get you a fairly large chunk of the available Fubucontent as they kept going back there once in a while. A couple of minutes of Sakamata to see their duel in the arena in the beginning as well. If you don't have time to catch up with everything, I'd probably recommended starting from the fireworks about 4 hours in and sticking with Mio's frame until the end, that should get you the best parts of them walking around the festival.
