If you wanna post a soundpost, you just save the webm/image as normal, but you'll copy and name it verbatim, such as this one being "AIDS[sound=files.catbox.moe%2F6o2ybj.opus].webm" and after that you can just post it.
Making one is a whole other thing and you can learn that on your own in the future.
