I don't think Kiara's design needs as drastic of changes as I put here but I figured I might as well do my take on it.
Here is a list of things I disliked about it and changed

>The fact her eyes are so big yet don't have a substantial smiling eye keyform, so they always seem big and crazed

>Not as cutesy as it could be to match her character
>Not enough phoenix shit
I think her character is a lot more pretty girl, idol type, with the bossiness of a manager. Her whole warrior thing can go because she hardly ever uses it and it just clutters her design. I decided to keep the lined white design element because I'm pretty sure it's supposed to resemble those things you put on the end of turkey legs.
I figured I wanted to play up the pheonix more so I gave her a feather train and head wings, which would flap with her bounciness. I thought she should be more girly so I added earrings (Since those feathers actually seem to sprout out of her hair) and gave her painted nails. I also made her legs shorter since I found her to look pretty elongated, but I'm conflicted on whether it's better or not.
In the end I think I made her look more like a flight attendant than anything.
