They have their jobs to do and they're not one of the talents so nobody cares about seeing them get pushed into the limelight unless they need to be. Gunrun and Mowtendoo are obviously exempt from this as they're the ones making the public appearances everywhere, and Fugi's basically their software guy developing addons for Twitch streams for them and others to use. He made the fake superchat addon for Twitch that Kson uses, the final boss thing Nyanners used for her last debut, etc. He was a big Twitch guy who developed a lot of the API and fun fact, the reactive Discord images 99% of vtubers use in collabs was actually developed by him. It's called Fugitech and people just call them Fugis for short.
For JP all that's known is Loutlot the guy in charge, some former Niji guy whose name I don't remember, and Kson's manager, who was absorbed into the company and is still her manager but works for VShojo now. There's probably more, but nobody cares to find out because who gives a shit.
