it's not exactly a front face angle, but it's also not 3/4 either
i've been
paying[/spoiler for a korean guy's membership on youtube that does some pretty good head drawings to learn how to do heads and faces
for something like that picture he recommended that you basically just draw it as a front face but slightly shift the center-line and features according to the angle but my dumb brain can't perceive it correctly
might just try again later/tomorrow with a different picture like this one
