3. Controversy around dark skin characters who are voiced not by light skin races. And none of Japanese companies want to deal with this pain in the ass. They rather play it safe than take risk. People are too retarded, thinking that every anime character with skin on darker side is black.
So considering all of the above, unless you will be able to find a talented black sounding darkie with a decent PC and not busy dealing with their real life (which are probably none, don't expect anything in the near future.
