Hey /asp/ I'm still looking to improve my voice and audio setup, I'll talk about the latter in a bit, but I'm still in that mindset of really wanting to get rid of my accent or at least adapt my talking to something that's more pleasant to listen to. A lot of people have said that i should just listen to my voice more to get used to it, but now that i listened to almost all my vods in the past two months, I've grown to dislike my voice even more. Now i know this is subjective and a lot of people have said my voice is "fine", but fine isn't what i'm looking for. I want it possibly be a reason why people watch me, because i'm trying to appeal to the comfy / voices to fall asleep to crowd as i don't have the desire / energy to be hyper and i don't want to be just generic either.
I would like to do reading streams and do VA reps live too, since they could spice up my retro game playthroughs a bit more, but my voice needs something. For those who don't know my voice yet here's a recent stream (

If you know any ESL with deep voices, especially european or even german that you think have enjoyable voices i'd like to see them. I know shylily is german for example but somehow i feel like her accent is working a lot in her favor also she's female. I feel like i end up having this nasaly voice and i hate stuff like pronouncing "that" as "dat". I know getting rid of an accent needs active training, but i'd like to hear some examples of chuubas or strimmers with male sex voices + accents as a starting point. I've listened to vox, but i think i'll never get that clear of an english voice.
