There are some shout-outs here and there and a few big events that the JP stars do like Rikka's Vtuber king tournament that always brings appreciation towards them. And from the EN side, I mean... I'd like to think we hype them up an appropriate amount idk. But I do get it's not a MASSIVE amount.
Some of the Hologirls definitely don't shy away from doing it.
