Begin at the IRyS thread and travel east approximately 150 miles towards /lig/. You will cross the Brandywine Bridge after about 50 miles.
Once in /lig/, seek out the Prancing Uma Inn in order to replenish food supplies and rest before the next stretch of the journey.
From /lig/, continue east another 300 miles to the elven city of Flare. Here, seek out the advice of the king of the elves, Kintsuba. This is a great place to acquire some quality Lembas bread, a boat and perhaps a few companions.
Upon the next sunrise, travel approximately 100 miles east to the Saba thread. Cross through the mountains, weather permitting.
In the event that the weather is not permitting, begin traveling south along the Saba thread until you reach the Mines of Mori (about 400 miles from Rivendell). Following the map provided, this is the undesirable path.
At the west gates of Mori (Doors of Durin), speak the word “friend” and enter.
Once inside, follow the path to the eastern gate of Mori (Dimrill Gate)
Once you make it past the Saba thread, travel directly east until you hit the River of Takodachi. Both paths maintain a distance of approximately 100 miles between the Saba thead and the River of Takodachi.
