>>57464350This disproportionate male to female vtuber situation is because a staggering amount of viewers for female vtuber viewers are coomers, simps, or simps in denial, they aren't there to hang with a cool anime person who plays their favorite games they're there for GFE and other softcore titillation, consider the large male streamers out there that are non vtubers, most do the most basal content or have been on the site so long that they can retain an audience from being frequently cycled to the top. There are plenty of male streamers out there however most people end up using them in a simillar fashion to female streamers being a proxy for intimate relationship (more like close friend and less boyfriend/girlfriend though some viewers do desire that)
In short most men are happy with their circle of male friends so don't need another male to substitute that desire
