For a first time, I think it went pretty well, tastes very good, but next time I'll use a bit less salt, more butter and less heat to not burn rosemary to a crisp. Meat looks medium-ish, will try to make a solid medium-rare next time. I'll also try to find and buy a cut with more fat, this ribeye I got is almost all meat.
And steak is supposed to be a bit chewie, right? I'm used to chicken and chicken just falls apart when it's cooked, but this meat requires a bit of work to eat. Is that correct? Man, maybe if I ate this stuff since childhood, my jaw would've looked so jacked by now.
