I requested that one around two month ago. I though her animations were cute. I said that any outfit was fine even if it's simple a plain white t-shirt. I didn't request the names so that was a surprise. I assume it's her fanbox supporter. The art releasing close to her birthday was random. It was a non paid request and not a pixiv request.
