She's just a freeloader (in Fubuki's words) so her being in GAMERS would be odd. You could argue that she's just Shirakami pretending to act tough and whatnot, but if that's the case, why is it just her? Why not everyone else? These sorts of things make me not want to go down that path.
Still, your idea is pretty good. I just don't think it fits with what I have in mind.
