>>16432817I think it stems from the area coverage. Sure you have your massive cities but average pop density here is just so much higher and would make traffic absolutely unmanageable if everyone used cars.
I also don't really enjoy driving much anymore because I had to it for several years for work. I prefer to sit down an read or play the newest shitty gacha on the phone while commuting
