Vtubers aren't just some character with a script voiced, they're also a lot of the person themselvesn, so what they did in the same line of work before is related, it's not even a question.
Then let's imagine it was off-topic somehow. There is always a small amount of off topic like everywhere on 4chan, it's impossible to never derail from a single topic. Often it dies out quickly which is ideal. Sometimes, PL is gonna be part of that because what someone did in the past can provide substance to what they're doing now as a CyberLive talent.
