hololive management has over a dozen instances of raping, stalking, abusing the talents. They also frequently play petty games with their talents by making them pay out of pocket for things, denying them opportunities, or isolating them, if they don't kiss managment's feet enough.
Hololive talents really hate their managers and see them as the "enemy", because the management is so overbearing, and so abusive. This is completely different from the open atmosphere at other companies, where the management is laid back and friendly, and works with the talent instead of against them.
Hololive is not a particularly well-managed company. There's many instances of very bad, very bizarre management choices that ruin talents. Like how management completely ruined Haachama because they were "punishing" her. They frequently act like this towards physically unattractive talents. While attractive talents, like Noel, are getting the red carpet treatment. There is an insider "clique" in hololive, the insider group are friendly with management, and get much better treatment. Pekora is one of the girls management dislikes (again, physically unattractive) and has even broken down on stream complaining about how biased the management was. Whether there is some sex-for-favors going on at hololive is anyone's guess. But there have been several instances we know about of managers fucking their talents.
