My reccomendation for writing smut, or at least what i do, is
>think about the scenarioIt has to be hot, and setting the mood is important. Try to add a bit more foreplay, a bit more of teasing, some descriptions. Think of what would enhance a scene. an example would be writing how good pussy feels, the general smell, the clothes falling, certain actions like a girl opening her legs slowly or you whipping your dick, etc
>Think about the rythmThis is like real sex. 2 minutes is too little and 40 minutes its too much. Settle for a pace where you can take your time and paint a good picture, but press on when you feel like its taking too much. This is where describing how the sex is happening, how the characters feel, what's going through their heads can help, but remember to move along because 3 paragraphs of lamy describing how her boobs feel kills the mood
>Why is this hot?That's the question you should always ask yourself. Sex is hot because there's a hot babe its fine and dandy, but if you write impregnation you should adjust it so there's a focus on what makes impregnation hot, same with any fetish.
Taking your fic into account, the initial aspect of minigirl is fine, but it quickly pivots into a more weird version of it and leaves the reader confused and/or lost.
Maybe write about you exploring Bae's body with your tongue, how she feels regarding her new size, how your dick is way more imposing, etc
