He has some 10 outfits but sticks to his default one and, for the majority of his streams (specially his FPS) he doesn't even bother with a waiting room or a thumbnail, he just copy the prev stream into the new and turns it on.
His success has very little to do with being a vtuber and, as anon said, western brotubers wouldn't have that option, the anime avatar and the weeb association is a detriment in that market in relation to just not using it.
