In other words, don't join a corporate agency like Hololive if you can't handle the grind culture that Hololive prides itself on. A lot of EN, ID, and JP members have proved that they can very much handle the pressure, and have done so various times. Gura is the only one in EN lagging behind, and by all things that have been shown, she can't handle that heat. She wasn't built for it.
