Gura always has timezone debuff because of her global fanbase that's why her CCV is low but her VOD views are higher than others.
Her CCV and the time she streams will affect her VOD views so I only pick the 2-3 hours streams, here are some numbers:
>10-15k CCV = 200-300k VOD views
Mostly watchalong, shill streams, or debuff games.
>15-25k CCV = 400-500k VOD views
Random games like DBD, Mario games, rhythm games, etc.
>25-40k CCV = 500-800k VOD views
Buff games (Re8, Henry Stickmin) and collab.
>More than 40k CCV = 900k-1 million+ VOD views
Events like the Usaken festival, birthday stream (only last for 1hr but you get the point), new outfits, etc.
All those VOD views are counted after 24 hours so you can see that Gura's CCV isn't going to beat some top tier chuubas like Pekora, Marine, etc. if both play the same game unless it's a one sided buff game like Stickmin for EOP or FF10 for JOP.

Pekora's VOD is capped cuz 93% of her fanbase is JOP and they've already watched her stream live during jp primetime. Only left are a few EOP and JOP that miss the stream can catch the VOD later, now imagine Gura's fanbase share the same timezone she could have at least +80% more CCV.
