As far as the Holy Kingdom goes, I imagine education is richer and better the closer you are to the city center and a little weaker on the outer areas/farms for obvious reasons. If you’re living in the city you have the money and access to resources that those living on farms generally don’t. In my mind, most education is left to parents as a homeschooling type of deal since Kindreds in general tend to be family-oriented. Comfyanon’s overview on Kindred states that children are raised communally, so I like to envision those children are taught at home by one or two of the mothers. I think homeschooling fits our image better than going designated schools. These practices extend to Luxuria as well.
As far as the sex education itself goes, the emphasis is probably placed on breeding over having sex for recreation/pleasure. Family names and continuing a family bloodline are a big deal, so it’s preferred that sex “counts” for something besides just having fun. That isn’t to understate the existence of brothels in the city though.
