Example here, it does lack settings but it seems to work okay. The prompt was red eyes, parted lips, smile, blush, looking at viewer, slit pupils if you're wondering, I ran it twice since the first result was a little too asymmetrical on the eye highlights.
Like the other anon says you're supposed to use specific resolutions for SDXL models, but 768x1280 is one of them so no issue there unless I'm missing something. Annoyingly though you can't go past 1280 on either dimension on pixiv unless you pay, so you can't do the recommended resolution for more skewed aspect ratios if you're a freeloader.
