My original sketch and thoughts about the map were "spooky themed but properly connected" so I tried to make each area transition feel right.
Seeing you get caught by the blue key trap had me cackling, though I admit that trap to be a bit dickish to someone unfamiliar.

That mancubus trap in the church kinda sucked imo, the fat bastard wanders off too often.
The mancubus in the catacombs went as I expected it would, I made that arena too small I think, it originally was going to be an archvile fight before I came to my senses and put something reasonable instead.
I don't think I'll start working on a new map right away, getting to the finish line with this latest one was mentally tiring for some reason so I'm going to do some scribbling and actually play some of the WADs I have to get a better feel for map design.
It would be cool to see kiki play any of the maps I've posted but I'd sooner livestream my death than have missing textures shown on stream, going to fix that hopefully when I feel this current conniption subside.
