The celebration getting cancelled is tantamount to at losing least a month's earnings.
Even beyond that on a branch level, skipping out on graduation streams after being on a month and a half hiatus (i.e. not earning any money) is going to completely obliterate StarsEN's financial performance for Q3 and the year in general.
Like I said, I don't hate anyone but this is going to be a massive uphill battle for Tempus, there's a distinct possibility of some sort of resource cut after this. It's not hard to see why people would be upset.
