I don't know what the anon you replied to is talking about, the amount they ordered wasn't the issue as far as I know, it was just that they didn't fulfill the orders and (claimed they) burned through all the money so even though they did actually produce the merch they couldn't afford to complete fulfillment or pay Bao her proceeds from sales.
They also did this to AmaLee, Yuzu, and Shoto that I know of; they all put out statements similar to this one from Bao (Shoto's was on his Discord IIRC).
