The whole thing is just bizarre. The most charitable interpretation I can imagine is that both Mint and Doki are too fucking scared of approaching her due to memoryholing her firing when it happened, but Doki clearly at least KNOWS sayu exists due to directly mentioning her by name when announcing that hoofobia collab, and there's no fucking way Mint didn't draw parallels when seeing what happened to Doki.
And then there's Matara, who supported her up until November and then pulled support so suddenly that even Sayu was fucking flabbergasted to this day, then shilled fucking Quinn as if she saved him from some terrible demons and how his life was soooooo hard under that "nightmare."
Kuro was out long before any of this happened and is on his own island, and Michi was in a completely different branch, so they get a pass.
