Take Pekora for example. None of the "Princess of Pekoland" lore was a thing at debut, nor was it created by Cover. She just decided it was a part of her lore one day, and lo and behold, even other companies that collaborate with Cover recognize this as canon (

Scaling a vtuber just on the lore given by Cover or debut stream is like scaling comic book characters just on their Marvel website description, and not even bothering actually reading the comic books they are in in order to truly understand their full capabilities in the context of their universe. Do you still not see the errors of scaling vtubers using nothing but barebones description given when the vtuber started with basically nothing, a mere template that only serves to get the streamer started to build their own story, their own legacy?
