The hair is going to cause a lot of problems in rigging too. Except for the teenage-angst details to the eyes there's not really any originality to that outfit at all either that you wouldn't be able to find elsewhere, furthermore the artist has no apparent knowledge of how ruffles and frills work which is probably absolutely essential for gothic lolita clothing.
